In 1688, William and Mary came from Holland to take up the British  Throne, which had been vacated by James II of England. The English  people, who had suffered under the Stuarts, imposed a Bill of Rights on William and Mary before they would allow them to form a government and the Bill documented the limits of their power.
Under this Bill, Parliament denied the King and Queen the right to  interfere in Parliament debate, hence Parliamentary Privilege.
It also gave Protestants the right to bear arms suitable for defence.  This was a right that Catholics already had. This was a Bill made by  the people and imposed on the government.
When Australia was settled in 1788 we inherited the Common Law of  England. The Colonial Laws Validity Act of 1865 confirmed this.
So that there was no doubt that we inherited the English Common Law, the Australian Courts Act was passed in 1828, confirming this.
These rights have been listed as follows:
The right to own private land or property.
The right to practice our normal customs.
The right to a fair trial by our peers (equals).
The right to freedom from cruel or unjust arrest, search, seizure, detention, fines or imprisonment without conviction, or excessive bail.
The right to free and open elections.
The right to face our accuser in open court.
Legal representation.
The right to remain silent & not be forced to incriminate oneself.
Innocent until proven guilty.
Freedom of movement, assembly, association, speech, expression.
Parliamentary privilege.
The right to bear arms.
The 1688 Bill of Rights implies that all rights are a gift of God and  cannot be taken away by men or government. In other words, the people  tell the government what the extent of their power is.
On 9th July 1900, the Reigning Monarch Queen Victoria gave her Royal Assent to UK statute law called the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.  Along with the Bill of Rights 1688 (Imp), it would protect the people  of the newly Federated Commonwealth from 1st January 1901.
The nation’s founding document protects as follows:

Human Rights Law Summary of key international legal instruments and other significant official declarations upholding the principles of informed consent against forced medical procedures such as mandatory vaccination: (a) The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Australia is a party to and legally effective in Australia pursuant to the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 (Cth), provides in


Article 7 that “…no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation”;

(b) The Declaration of Helsinki (the Declaration), made in 1964 by the World Medical Association, is a statement of ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects. Under the heading of “Informed Consent”, the Declaration starts with the acknowledgement that “Participation by individuals capable of giving informed consent as subjects in medical research must be voluntary”;

(c) the Australia’s National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research confirms that consent is a fundamental requirement for participation in any clinical trial, and that “no person should be subject to coercion or pressure in deciding whether to participate” in a clinical trial;

(d) the Australian Government’s Consumer Guide to Clinical Trials also confirms that participation in a clinical trial is voluntary, and states “it is important that you never feel forced to take part in a trial”;

(e) The Siracusa Principles (1984), in relation to the application of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (the Covenant) during states of emergency, in particular paragraph 58 under the heading of Non-Derogable Rights, provides:

“No state party shall, even in time of emergency threatening the life of the nation, derogate from the Covenant’s guarantees of the right to life; freedom from torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, and from medical or scientific experimentation without free consent; freedom from slavery or involuntary servitude; the right not to be imprisoned for contractual debt; the right not to be convicted or sentenced to a heavier penalty by virtue of retroactive criminal legislation; the right to recognition as a person before the law; and freedom of thought, conscience and religion. These rights are not derogable under any conditions even for the asserted purpose of preserving the life of the nation”;

(f) The Siracusa Principles complement

Article 4 of the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, relating to individual rights during states of public emergency, in particular (and relevantly),

Article 4(2) which prohibits derogation from

Article 7 (consent to medical procedures necessary) even during times of public emergency. Importantly,

Article 4 prohibits discrimination during states of public emergency on the grounds of race, colour, sex, language, religion or social origin. Arguably, ‘social origin’ is the same as ‘geographical origin’ (eg. people residing in ‘Areas of Concern’ denotes a social origin and, as such, discrimination against people (in Sydney) on the basis of their geographical origin (from different parts of Sydney) by police, employers, site managers etc is unlawful during public emergency in accordance with


Article 4 of the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights; (g) The Nuremburg Code (the Code) - formulated in 1947 in response to Nazi doctors performing medical experiments on people during WWII, arguably the most significant legal declaration in the history of medical research states as its first principle that


“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential”.


The Code goes on to say that “This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision….”;

(h) the Great Barrington Declaration of 4 October 2020 was a statement by leading infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists in response to governmental COVID-19 policies (44 initial co-signatories with impressive scientific credentials).


It now has over 860,000 signatories, scientists and health professionals who have adopted its principles.

It recommended an approach called Focused Protection as opposed to the society-wide lockdowns currently in place in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular it stated:

“ ….We know that vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young. Indeed, for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza.

As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e. the point at which the rate of new infections is stable – and that this can be assisted by (but is not dependent upon) a vaccine. Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity. The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk. We call this Focused Protection.

… Extracurricular activities, such as sports, should be resumed. Young low-risk adults should work normally, rather than from home. Restaurants and other businesses should open. Arts, music, sport and other cultural activities should resume. People who are more at risk may participate if they wish, while society as a whole enjoys the protection conferred upon the vulnerable by those who have built up herd immunity.”

Australias Medicine Regulator confirms there have been nine times as many deaths due to the Covid-19 Vaccines in just 7 months than deaths due to all other Vaccines combined in over 50 years

However, a Freedom of Information request made by Doctors for Covid Ethics back in February 2021 revealed that the TGA never saw the extremely limited study data for the Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 vaccine prior to granting it emergency approval and deeming it safe to be injected into the arms of Australians.



The TGA originally attempted to suppress the FOI request by requesting a 6-month extension in view of the amount of work required to respond satisfactorily. But after a complaint was made to the Office of the Information Commissioner the TGA responded confirming that they had never seen or requested the patient data from Pfizer and simply accepted Pfizer’s report of their study as fact, despite their proven history of fraudulent claims.

The lead vaccine researchers driving all government policy in Australia received $65,330,038 in government grants covering 2020-2023. Grants of this size are unprecedented.

Remember when Clive Palmer said in a press conference two weeks ago that Gladys Berejiklian was being paid tens of millions of dollars by a lobbyist in Sydney? 

Notice that the name “K Macartney” appears next to every single one of the grants. This is referring to Professor Kristine Macartney who is a paediatrician specialising in infectious diseases and vaccinology at the University of Sydney. She is also a director of the National Centre for Immunisation Research & Surveillance (NCIRS). Most revealingly, she is also a member of the Advisory Committee on Vaccines (ACV) of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Yep, the same TGA that BANNED lvermectin as an early treatment option for treating COVlD despite its high efficacy in other countries. Prof Kristine Macartney has also acted as an expert consultant to the *surprise surprise* World Health Organisation (WHO).

All this is probably an indicator why Prof Kristine Macartney seemed very uncomfortable when she was questioned during yesterday's NSW Supreme Court hearings.

Another point of interest is that many of the grants were applied for and awarded before 2020. Draw your own conclusions from that. And I should add, a lot of the grants are covered until well into 2023. No wonder whenever a state gets near to zero and the end of the state of emergency is in sight, a mystery case pops up and another outbreak occurs.

Now you understand what's driving lockdown policy and vaccine mandates in Australia. The love of money is the root of all evil.

  • In July 2021, the Australian Government announced the purchase of 85 million more doses. These were planned to be booster doses, ensuring Australia’s supply of mRNA vaccines in 2022 and 2023. Read the Prime Minister’s media release about booster doses.

  • In August 2021, the Australian Government announced a dose swap deal with Singapore.   • In September 2021, the Australian Government announced a dose sharing partnership with the UK. Under this agreement Australia receives 4 million Pfizer doses from the UK in September 2021. Australia’s commitments to the COVAX Facility

The Government has made 3 financial contributions to Gavi’s COVAX Facility for the supply of COVID-19 vaccines:

  • An upfront payment of $123.2 million to allow the purchase of over 25 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines for the Australian population. This is enough for 50% of the population to receive 2 doses.

  • On 26 August 2020, Australia announced an investment of $80 million to the Advanced Market Commitment (AMC) of the COVAX Facility

  • On 3 June 2021, Australia contributed another $50 million, making a total of $130 million to the COVAX AMC.

Adverse events experienced by people who got the Covid-19 shot in New York State included thousands of cardiovascular events, thousands of cases of people getting Covid, and thousands of deaths. At least 13 side effects are reported in the system. “Remember, these are “side effects” that the government, media, and social media continue to tell the public that are not happening. Good morning Team. I have pinned the task from yesterday morning to ensure everyone gets a chance to do it. I've been hearing stories of how we certainly frustrated the call centres which caused them to start blaming other people. This is when you know there are cracks appearing.


I spoke with our Barrister Raymond Broomhall yesterday and he will be joining us on a zoom this Friday night at 8pm for those who are coming down this path with us. Remember there is no financial liability to you should we win, lose, or draw.


Part of our legal plan is we will also be lodging a complaint to AHPRA about the conduct of the Chief Health/Medical Officers of each state who have been identiifed as not been actual medical Practioners but are coercing us to have a medical procedure. This has caused us significant psychological and physical harm. They must explain their actions and be held accountable.


Part of this task is that we need you to do your part as well. If you've been to your local GP who has not provided you with a risk assessment on the covid 19 vaccines then you need to report them. This includes if you've been to your GP and they have told you to get the vaccine without providing you with the risks associated with it.


You cannot remain annonymous with this task and you're going to have to fill this form out to the best of your ability. I cannot guide everyone individually on how to do it. It's very self explanatory. Do your best and select the appropriate answer.


This is a cage we really must rattle!

Dr Mike Yeadon’s Final Warning to Humanity

Dr Yeadon outlined that the government has been lying to the public throughout the entirety of the Covid pandemic and that it’s up to the masses to stop them.

“Don’t say you weren’t warned because I’ve been warning people as long as I can and as hard as I can, that you can still right now take your normal society back and take it back tomorrow,” Dr Yeadon said.

In the video, Dr Yeadon explained the Covid-19 restrictions that were introduced at the start of the pandemic (and continue to be used) don’t work.

At the end of the video, Dr Yeadon concludes by stating that he is sincere about his words and would not lie, as he is receiving “absolutely nothing except criticism and social isolation” from his peers.

“I’m warning you that governments around the world, and certainly yours locally, are lying to you in various ways that are easy for you to establish.”

This is my story...
My name is Chantal, I'm a 37 year old Police Officer from Western Australia and I had a severe reaction after receiving the Pfizer vaccine.
To the people who threatened me with defamation charges and disciplinary action for telling my story, I am disappointed. I'm disappointed that your priority is to silence me for your own ego and agenda rather than ask if I'm ok and offer me any help! At no time have you asked if I'm ok or cared for a second about my health or welfare. You decided that putting me under more stress, when that stress can cause further risk to my life is your priority. It makes me question humanity and how any person can have such a lack of empathy towards another. 
If defamation and disciplinary action is what you deem suitable than I'm not afraid. I've done nothing wrong, I did what you wanted and look what happened. No one has the right to take away anyone else's experiences or tell them how they should feel. Please believe me when I say, there is nothing that you can do to me that will even compare to what I am currently experiencing. Treating someone in this way is never ok and if people can take any lesson away from this then please stand up for yourself. Set standards as to how you should be treated and don't ever be silent if someone is treating you poorly regardless of their relationship to you. 
To all the people who have told me that my experience isn't real and that this could never be true. Before you tell anyone that they are a liar or voice your opinion, ask yourself two things. Firstly. Do I have all the information to voice my opinion and challenge the experience of another and secondly, am I qualified in voicing this opinion.
In August, my employer announced that anyone who was not vaccinated against COVID would be treated differently by having to wear masks at all times in the workplace; excluded from buildings and moved out of their positions that they have worked hard for into office type roles if they are not vaccinated. (confirmed by an industrial relations staff member). This announcement is no secret to the community as it was published on the front page of the West Australian newspaper.
Prior to this announcement, I had decided I was not getting the vaccine. I am entitled to my choice. Please note that I am not an anti-vaxer as some may call it, but I make decisions based around having sufficient information available to me which I believed and still believe I do not have. My reasons for not getting the vaccine should not be anyone else's business but for the purposes of this post I am including it. For me, there are insufficient studies on long term health issues and the vaccine didn't meet the usual safety checks which makes me uncomfortable. I had never had a flu vaccine in my life and I had not had a flu since 2009. I believe in good nutrition and always use nutrition to cure ailments wherever possible. I created a company based on this premise and I am very successful. I had also had a reaction to an unknown allergy and wanted to wait to speak to an immunologist prior to making a definite decision. However, this appointment was two months off. I felt as though I didn't really have a choice. I was worried that I would be moved out of my position which is seen as a privileged role.
The morning of my appointment, I was really scared about getting the vaccine as I knew it wasn't right for me. I spoke to the doctor about my concerns and she was willing to write me a letter to delay it but asked me what would that mean for my job. I didn't know and it worried me. That day she had spoken to a lot of people from my job and she said that a lot of them felt threatened and put into a position to make a choice that they didn't want to and whilst in the waiting room, my colleagues told me the same thing. The doctor told me that she was concerned about giving the vaccine to people who weren't doing it freely by their own choice. Sadly, I joked with the doctor saying "I'll be the one the vaccine kills." Sadly, it could have.
Within 10 minutes of getting the Pfizer vaccine, I got vertigo and nausea and within 15 minutes I had hives all over me. The doctor and ambulance officer got the rash under control but as soon as I got home I had a fever, chills and felt very unwell. For the following 3.5 weeks I suffered rashes every day, fevers as high as 39.7, aching muscles, flu like symptoms, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pressure in my sinuses and a cough so bad that it felt like my blood vessels were going to explode in my face. Some days I cried because I thought I was going to die. I was so sick. When I thought I was starting to get better, I still had extreme fatigue and was constantly light headed. I went back to work but spent a lot of time laying on my office floor and struggling to get through the day.
On a Tuesday night, I noticed that my eyes felt weird. They had a heavy feeling and felt like they needed rubbing all the time. The next morning I woke up to go to work and one eye wouldn't open and the other wouldn't close. The one that wouldn't close also wouldn't blink. I thought that I had allergies so I took an antihistamine and drove one hour to work. By 9:00am, I felt my top lip go a bit funny and my work colleague told me that my face was drooping sideways and she was taking me to emergency. I will be forever grateful for her making me go as she saved my life.
Within 1 minute of being at emergency, everyone was rushing around me and I started to panic. Next second I'm getting wired up to machines and a stroke specialist and multiple other doctors and nurses were in my cubicle. I was admitted to hospital.
The next morning, I got up and had a shower but instead I ended up having a stroke. I was in the shower by myself and my body started waving uncontrollably and the right side of my body got a weird sensation. I could no longer stand and I was on the floor scared. My right side got really heavy and felt numb with a weird pins and needles type of sensation. At this stage the left side of my face was fully paralysed and I had extreme muscle weakness in my left arm and leg.
I was taken for more tests which showed that the main artery to my brain had a rupture and I had suffered a mini stroke (TIA). I was transferred to the stroke ward at a different hospital that day and from that moment on, I was monitored hourly.
I can't tell you how scary it was being in a stroke ward with all elderly patients thinking what the hell am I doing here. I was tested for every illness and nutrient deficiency that could cause a stroke and the doctor said I was perfectly healthy and had no possible cause to what had happened to me. 
While in hospital, I was monitored hourly. It was crazy. No sleep, and I was constantly scared that it would happen again. I couldn't eat or drink properly and dribbled everything down the side of my face. It was humiliating. This was a minor issue for the doctors but for a 37 year old girl, it was a big deal. I was told that there was a 25% chance it wouldn't heal and if it did, it would take months. This by itself was highly distressing. 
I cried multiple times a day. It was mentally hard to get through every moment. I was not allowed to move at first but the nurses let me have bathroom privileges because going to the bathroom in a tray was too upsetting for me. If I moved too much or too fast I could have another stroke.
I was unable to have any treatment as the doctors deemed it too unsafe so the only thing that the doctors and I could do was wait and hope that my artery will heal itself. This will take a long time and in the mean time, my usual activities are on hold.
When I was discharged from the hospital, I was really happy as I couldn't stand being locked up in the hospital. Don't get me wrong, my nurses and doctors were amazing and I can't say one thing wrong about their efforts and caring nature. However, it was so scary being home without the constant care. I wasn't allowed to be left alone and the risk of having another stroke was and still is very high. I was in constant fear and even though my confidence is increasing, I still worry every second. I am further away from instant care and the risk of permanent brain damage is very real. I now also suffer constant nose bleeds and painful joints. 
I was booked in for an appointment at the vaccine safety clinic. Sadly, there were about twenty other women the same age as me sitting around waiting. I didn't really understand what the appointment was about until I was taken into a private room with a doctor who tried to tell me that the vaccine had nothing to do with what had happened to me but then also couldn't tell me that it didn't. He sat in his chair stating that it was worth the risk of having another stroke to get my second Pfizer shot. How can a doctor sit there and tell someone those things. He was willing to risk my life to meet what I believe his goal to be of getting as many people vaccinated as possible. He didn't care about my safety and even asked after I refused the vaccine if I wanted him to call me back in three months time to see if I changed my mind. There was no respect for my decision.
 The mental side of this is very hard and has required a lot of strength. I am a very active and busy person and to go from that to only being aloud to walk around the house is highly distressing. I have to be very aware of my mental health and I can't thank my partner and friends enough for dropping everything to help and support me. I am very lucky. 
I don't want anything from telling my story accept the acknowledgement that no vaccine or medical procedure is safe for everyone. This is not my opinion, this is fact and the COVID vaccine is no exception. No one has the right to tell someone else that they have to put something in their body as they don't know the risks to that person. It is causing a sad division in our society and not making anyone happy. If you choose to have the vaccine then great and if you don't then that is ok too. Please be kind to each other and treat each other fairly and equally, we all deserve it.
