NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced that Qudos Bank Arena will be used to vaccinate 20,000 Year 12 students in August. Training in the handling and administration of COVID-19 vaccines protects the public by supporting the vaccination program to be rolled out safely.
All practitioners, including students on placement, must comply with local employer, health service or health department policies, procedures and guidelines on COVID-19 vaccinations.
Concerns about the conduct or practice of a health practitioner can be reported on the Ahpra concerns submission portal. National Boards will consider whether the practitioner has breached their professional obligations and will treat these matters seriously.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

There is no statistical or scientific basis for an Emergency in
Victoria or in fact any State of Australia.
Daniel Andrews is relying on the State of Emergency in Victoria for
his extensive powers to put people in lockdown, to force them to
wear masks (which have been proven scientifically to cause health
issues), to close businesses and destroy people’s livelihoods. to
arrest people, to fine people and use other draconian measures.
Despite consistently asking, the people of Victoria have never
been given the scientific evidence, or the statistics (deaths) that
warrant the decision to call a State of Emergency, or the extension
of one.
The following questions need to be answered by the Prosecution
1. Why do we need a State of Emergency when Statistics in
Australia show that 99.9% of people under the age of 65
survive the virus, 99.5% of 70 year olds (without the
complication of other co-morbidities) survive the virus. The
age group at risk is the over 80’s?
2. Why do we need a State of Emergency when John Ioannidis
of Stanford University – one of the ten most cited scientists
in the world has ranked the mortality rate of COVID-19
caused by SARS-COV-2 in the range of that of influenza as
early as March 2020? He demonstrated that the
worldwide panic at the end of January 2020 regarding an
alleged high mortality rate associated with SARS-Cov 2
infection was and is simply unfounded. His paper

3. Why are decisions are being made based on no proper
data?
4. Why is there a need for a State of Emergency when the
Statistics show there have been a small number of deaths in
Australia (Australian Bureau of Statistics 2020 deaths from
COVID are 909). This is the lowest average death rate in
Australia from upper respiratory infections in the past 5 years
and apparently last year influenza deaths completely

Statistics show that nearly 3,000 people were dying from
influenza?
5. Why is no data given to people in Victoria about how many
of the alleged COVID “cases” were properly diagnosed by a
doctor apart from having a PCR test since now the WHO are
saying the PCR test should not be used as the sole
diagnostic tool but merely an aid?
6. Please provide the science for your allegation that
asymptomatic cases can transmit the virus?
It has been alleged that there is an asymptomatic form of
COVID19. Usually doctors cannot make a proper diagnosis
unless a person is displaying symptoms. A study of nearly
10,000,000 people stated that out of the nearly 10 million
people in the study, “300 asymptomatic cases” were found.
Contact tracing was then carried out and of those 300, no
cases of COVID-19 were detected in any of them. “A total of
1,174 close contacts of the asymptomatic positive cases
were traced, and they all tested negative for the COVID-19.”

7. Why are we not told that the vast majority of cases with
COVID have survived?
8. Why is the State of Victoria using the PCR test as the sole
diagnostic tool and running it at high amplifications, well over
the recommended frequency?
The WHO has realized some of the problems with the PCR
testing in that many false positives are produced and if the
cycles of magnification are too high this test produces
incorrect results. WHO has issued two notifications -- one on
14th December 2020 and one on 13th January 2021
providing a warning that caution needs to be exercised in
using this test, as it is an aid to diagnosis and not the sole
diagnostic tool. It is a known a fact that the PCR test is not
able to diagnose whether you have an infection from any
virus.

9. Why is the PCR test still being used as a basis that a person

10.Why have very few of the purported deaths from COVID
ever been given an autopsy to confirm that this is the actual
cause of death and not some other comorbidity or accident?
The cause of death in most cases is merely an assumption
by one person certifying the death.
11.Why are more Courts around the world deciding that these
draconian measures are unconstitutional or unconscionable?
E.g. the Austrian Constitutional Court declared in October,
2020 that Outlawing gatherings with more than 4 people (10
for clubs), requiring people to keep a minimum distance,
Requiring people not to enter premises was unconstitutional
and ceased from 31.12.2020 The District Court in Weimar in
Germany had a similar view on the restrictions. See -

German judge Thorsten Schleif calls on citizens to defend
themselves against corona fines, as they are hard to follow
logically and often in contravention of existing law. A
restriction on citizen's rights can only be executed with
sufficient reason, especially since these measures can be
continued indefinitely.
The Appeal Court in Lisbon has stated that a proper
diagnosis by a doctor needs to be made that a person is
infected. A PCR test (which can create a lot of false positive
results) is not sufficient.
12.Why has the WHO never suggested that there should be
lockdowns and arrests for non-compliance?

An agreement between the Commonwealth and the States and Territories to improve the health and well-being of Australians through the cost-effective delivery of immunisation programs under the National Immunisation Program On 26 March 2008, Council of Australian Governments (COAG) agreed that the National Immunisation Program should become a Commonwealth Own Purpose Expense. This National Partnership outlines the transitional and ongoing arrangements for the funding and delivery of a national, coordinated and integrated approach to maintaining and improving effective immunisation for vaccine preventable diseases funded under the National Immunisation Program. Essential Vaccines are those listed in a determination (as amended) under section 9b of the National Health Act 1953 (Cth). New vaccines and new cohorts may, from time to time, be added to the Schedule of Essential Vaccines. 4. From 1 July 2009 the Australian Government will provide a financial contribution to support state health services under the new National Healthcare SPP. The service delivery component of the National Immunisation Program has been incorporated into the National Healthcare SPP. 5. There are three components to this Agreement: (a) Transitional Arrangements for the continued Commonwealth funding of the purchase by the States of the essential vaccines; (b) progressively moving to New Arrangements whereby the Commonwealth will directly purchase the essential vaccines for use by the States; and (c) Incentive Payments to promote effective service delivery by the States and facilitate the States undertaking projects aimed at: (i) maintaining or increasing vaccine coverage for Indigenous Australians; (ii) maintaining or increasing coverage in agreed areas of low immunisation coverage; (iii) maintaining or decreasing wastage and leakage; and (iv) maintaining or increasing vaccination coverage for four year olds. 6. The Transitional Arrangements will cease once the supply of all essential vaccines has been secured under Commonwealth contracts. 7. The transition to a Commonwealth Own Purpose Expense will involve all Parties to this Agreement working together to implement Commonwealth national procurement of vaccines under the National Immunisation Program and setting these implementation arrangements in relation to the introduction of new vaccines and cohorts. This Agreement may need to be reviewed in order to reflect any changes to the Program Delivery and associated matters arising from the new arrangements. The review will be no later than 2014. That appears to be a question to be resolved by the Victorian courts in a claim for compensation brought by an injured police officer (see ‘State denies duty of care to injured police’ The Age 5 July 2014 ). In that article we are told that The state government and Victoria Police are using an arcane legal technicality to block seriously injured police officers from suing the force for compensation, claiming they owe no duty of care to members hurt in the line of duty. Actually the claim is not that arcane. Police officers have never been held to be employees at common law because they are appointed to the office of constable and it is up to a constable to decide, on his or her own initiative, not at the direction of others, how to perform his or her duties, that is who to arrest and when. The office of constable is one of the oldest offices in law, dating back to the time of Henry I and long before there were recognised police forces. Lord Denning said, in R v Metropolitan Police Commissioner; Ex parte Blackburn [1968] 1 All ER 763 at 769, that a constable:

The Government of Australia will be building what they call a “mandatory quarantine accommodation” which is set to open its first phase in “early 2022.”
This will be the second of such facilities in the country and when it is finished it will be able to hold up to 3,000 in isolation as they quarantine.
As if it was straight out of Orwell’s 1984, the camp will be named ‘The Center for National Resilience’ and government health officials are calling the experimental jab the golden “ticket to freedom.”
Back to reality – Police Officers who are accompanied by the military have already been coming to people’s homes and taking them away as they conduct random “welfare checks” and follow-up tips about rule-breakers who have been ratted out by their fellow citizens.

As of now, they are mostly being taken to hotels, but some will go to the already functioning and smaller Vax-entration camp in the northern part of the country.
Police have even resorted to just flat-out assaulting non-maskers, even if they are children.
In a project summary posted to Australia’s “quarantine hub” website, it details their expectations for restrictions to continue for as long as 3 years and that the mandatory facilities would “improve compliance” and “change attitudes” among other things.
