The lawsuit claims the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the COVID-19 vaccines is unlawful, because:
1) There is No Emergency 2) There is in Fact no Serious or Life-Threatening Disease or Condition 3) The Vaccines Do Not Diagnose, Treat or Prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 4) The Known and Potential Risks of the Vaccines Outweigh their Known and Potential Benefits 5) There Are Adequate, Approved and Available Alternatives to the Vaccines 6) Healthcare Professionals and Vaccine Candidates are Not Adequately Informed 7) Monitoring and Reporting of Adverse Events is Inadequate.
The case makes use of the testimony of an expert witness, “Jane Doe”, who:
…is a computer programmer with subject matter expertise in the healthcare data analytics field, and access to Medicare and Medicaid data maintained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Over the last 20 years, she has developed over 100 distinct healthcare fraud detection algorithms for use in the public and private sectors. In her expert opinion, VAERS under-reports deaths caused by the Vaccines by a conservative factor of at least 5. As of July 9, 2021, VAERS reported 9,048 deaths associated with the Vaccines. Jane Doe queried data from CMS medical claims, and has determined that the number of deaths occurring within 3 days of injection with the Vaccines exceeds those reported by VAERS by a factor of at least 5, indicating that the true number of deaths caused by the Vaccines is at least 45,000. She notes that in the 1976 Swine Flu vaccine campaign (in which 25% of the U.S. population at that time, 55 million Americans, were vaccinated), the Swine Flu vaccine was deemed dangerous and unsafe, and removed from the market, even though the vaccine resulted in only 53 deaths.
The case slams the “The gross and willful under-reporting of Vaccine-caused deaths, which is substantiated by Jane Doe’s Declaration,” whose evidence “makes it irrefutable that the public will suffer irreparable injury if this Motion is denied.”
Furthermore, the lawsuit challenges the legality of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), as the law states that children must be at risk in order to be vaccine candidates, whereas the “CDC states that children are statistically at ZERO percent mortality rate by COVID-19”. It also cites a study commissioned by the US Department of Health and Human Services, which concluded that less than 1% of adverse reactions are ever reported to the VAERS system.

Bank loan deferrals
Australia’s four major banks – Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac and NAB – are offering payment deferrals on loans to people affected by or recently affected by lockdowns.
The relief is available on application (so it’s best to call your bank).
Home loan deferrals will be granted on a month-by-month basis while business loan deferrals of up to three months are available to SMEs.
The banks have also offered to waive fees and notice periods on cash deposit and farm management deposit accounts for up to three months, and committed to refunding merchant terminal fees for up to three months, too.

Private rental assistance is available to residents in NSW for people who suffer a “major financial setback” such as an illness or job loss.

And on Tuesday the NSW government announced further protection with a targeted eviction moratorium.
The Rent Choice program pays subsidies for up to three years to help cover rent payments.

As for the pandemic policies announced on Tuesday, tenants who cannot pay their rent in full as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak cannot be evicted between now and September 11.
Residential landlords who decrease rent for affected tenants can apply for a government grant of up to $1500 or land tax reductions depending on their circumstances.
And small business owners can access further grants of up to $15,000 as outlined by the NSW and federal governments.

The federal government introduced the COVID-19 Disaster Payment in June in response to the latest lockdown in Victoria.
The payment is available to people aged 17 years or older living in a Commonwealth-declared COVID-19 hotspot who lost work as a direct result of a government lockdown.
But the payment is not available to people who receive other types of income support such as JobSeeker or the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment; it only kicks in on the the eighth day of a lockdown; and applicants must not have any “appropriate paid leave entitlements”.

The link provided to the Surveillance devices act is a dud. It refers to South Australian legislation, not federal legislation and appears by defection not to preclude contact tracing.

Who can and can't go to work under new Sydney restrictions
The new stage of Greater Sydney's lockdown will shut down "non-critical" workplaces, after weeks of retail being allowed to open at their discretion.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said today "non-critical retail" would shut down from 11.59pm tonight at least until July 30.
"But anything which is regarded as non-critical retail will not be able to have face-to-face."
Essential retail still allowed to open will include the following:
Supermarkets and grocery stores (including butchers, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, liquor stores and fishmongers)
Stores that predominantly sell health, medical, maternity and infant supplies
Pharmacies and chemists
Petrol stations
Car hire
Banks and financial institutions
Hardware stores, nurseries and building supplies
Agricultural and rural supplies
Pet supplies
Post offices and newsagents
Office supplies
Residents of the Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown, and Liverpool council areas have also been barred from travelling outside their LGAs.
Employees in those areas of essential businesses will not be able to go to work if their place of employment is outside their LGA, unless they are healthcare or emergency services workers.
Disability and aged care workers are also exempt, but all must be tested for COVID-19 every three days.
All other businesses to be shut down for the next two weeks, but employers who order employees into work when they could be working from home, will face a $10,000 fine.
Delivery and click-and-collect services will remain permitted for non-essential businesses.
Additionally, all construction work, save for essential projects or maintenance to supply electricity or water, will be halted until at least July 30.
However, Ms Berejiklian said operators could have until Monday to lock down their sites.
