We've been focusing on the medical aspect of our Stealth World War but there is, as well a massive legal dimension to it and Dr Reiner Fuellmich is at the tip of the spear. Dr Fuellmich is a lawyer who's been a member of the bar in both Germany and California for 27 years, during which time he litigated with success against Volkswagen and Deutsche Bank, the latter of which he calls "One of the most criminal organizations in this world."
For nearly a year, he's been building a legal case of Crimes Against Humanity in the enforcement of lockdowns based on the fraudulent use of PCR test results. His International Corona Investigative Committee, formed by lawyers, doctors, and scientists have jointly reached the conclusion that COVID-19 may be the greatest crime against humanity in history.
He says, "This has never been about the virus. This has never been about health. This has always been about taking everything away from us so that we would become dependent on them, plus population reduction, plus gaining complete control over those who are left...this is what all the evidence, all of the people who we interviewed on the Corona Committee, what this points to. This conclusion is inevitable.
"What we're dealing with is 0.000001% of the population trying to gain control over the rest of the world. This is not about money, because this group of people, maybe 3,000...they are the super rich...They're not going to need to buy a 10th or 3rd yacht or the 20th Maserati or whatever. So this is not really about money.
"But it is about money, because they're using it to bribe people in the hospitals, the doctors, the politicians. They're also using all kinds of psychological techniques in order to manipulate and threaten people...
"The Davos clique, you know, the self-appointed political elite and the self-appointed corporate elite, that is part of the people who we are dealing with.
"This Globalism is what got us here...What do you call the WHO or the World Economic Forum? These are private global organizations which have taken control of the entire world. Private organizations run by the super rich. Once people understand this, it's not going to be too hard to turn the tables.
"And those are the ones responsible for the financial crisis, some 10 or 12 years ago. Had we been a little more careful, had we looked a little closer, we would have known that for 30 years, this group of people have been stealing the taxpayers' money all over the world. We should have been a lot more careful...You cannot print money to restore what they have stolen...they came up with corona as a diversionary tactic.
"We're about to reach the tipping point, I think, because there are so many mistakes that they are making...because I don't think all of these adverse reactions to the 'vaccine' are part of the plan...They're trying to rush this thing through and I think what happened is – we have a whistleblower and she told us that the original plan was to roll this out in 2050 but then, those who are involved in this got greedy and pulled things forward to 2030, and then 2020 and that's why we think so many mistakes are happening...to where clotting and bleeding after vaccination is the rule."
Dr Fuellmich says we've almost reached the tipping point, with certain cases being filed against the PCR test, that class action lawsuits are imminent. "There are different legal avenues to go after the pharmaceutical and the tech industry and maybe the financial industry, as well."
He says, this is so big that not even national courts will be able to handle it and that we will need a Nuremberg 2.0 to deal with it. He says Europe is completely broke, the pension funds are broke and that's why they want to get everybody under control, before they realize what is going on.
As for those who willingly go to get vaccinated, he says, "We can't save everyone. A lot of people will not just lose their livelihoods but also lose their lives...Those 10% or 20% of the population, we're the ones who will to turn the tables...
"I see a much better world at the end of this tunnel...most of the things we have become used to, our way of life is very destructive, both on a personal level and on a global level. There's too much injustice and there's too many people trying to take advantage of other people. That will change. That's the light at the end of the tunnel...There has been progress...We're winning some of the court battles, we will win many more."
Dr Fuellmich believes the crimes committed by various health authorities and the WHO must be legally qualified as actual crimes against humanity, as defined in Section 7 of the International Criminal Code and he suggests that the path forward to compensatory damages and to political consequences is through the Class Action lawsuit.
Were the people of the world to succeed in such cases, the WHO and all government entities responsible for enforcing this COVID fraud and crimes against humanity could be bankrupted and forced to disband, in a backfire of unimaginably epic proportions.

Reiner Fuellmich: What is surprising about this is that there is no full authorisation for these vaccines, for none of the three vaccines. There’s only a conditional use authorisation, just like the United States there’s only an emergency use authorisation. But how can that be? This conditional use exists only because there are no studies because nobody knows about the risks, nobody really knows about the efficacy, but no one knows about the risks, adverse reactions etc. There are lots and lots of reports coming in from all over the world that there are very serious side effects, adverse effects, including death. How can that be mandatory then?
RH: Yes, it is a fundamental breach of the fundamental principles of law and fundamental rights. It’s a breach of the Nuremberg Code. It’s obvious, but they go on until we aren’t able to stop them within the courts and we are all ready to take every legal step to stop them, and obviously now we are trying to inform every Italian member of the parliament because we are now in a situation that this mandatory vaccination was introduced by an order of the Italian Government signed by Mr Dragie on April 1st, and within sixty days, by the end of May, the Italian Parliament has to covert (or not – we hope they won’t do that), but it is foreseen that this governmental order is being converted in an ordinary law and that has to be done by the Italian parliament. Now we are trying to inform every Italian member of the Parliament, for example, regarding the action for annulment which are pending on the European court.

Wieler, president of the Robert Koch Institute reminded Germans that generally speaking “on average 2,500 – 2,700 people die in Germany each day.” With this in mind, he continued, it is important to remember “that people, in connection with the vaccination, will [likely] die.” Prof. Wieler continues to say that when these people die after taking the vaccine, “it will [then] be extremely important to determine whether the cause of death was the vaccine or another pre-existing disease.” Many of these people, he says, are “elderly and extremely elderly,” which implies that those people would be vulnerable to dying anyway. RAIR reported back in May about forensic medicine professor Klaus Püschel, who stated that the majority of deaths being attributed to the coronavirus were from very ill patients who were likely going to die within the next year. “The fear that this is a killer virus and that many will die from it is completely exaggerated,” said Püschel, “We have to make it clear that we don’t want to be in a glass case. We can’t protect ourselves from everything. And this virus is a comparatively low risk.” The irony is that while the government exaggerates deaths attributed to the coronavirus, it appears to be doing the opposite for the inevitable deaths due to the vaccine. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi explains that the second “major risk” is the fact that the gene-altering Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccination “can cause very serious allergic reactions.” The mRNA is described at the CDC as “a new type of vaccine to protect against infectious diseases,” and Bhakdi has warned that this type of vaccine is “still unknown scientifically and medically.”

Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests As Unreliable & Unlawful To Quarantine People.

A Portuguese appeals court has ruled that PCR tests are unreliable and that it is unlawful to quarantine people based solely on a PCR test.
The court stated, the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used and the viral load present. Citing Jaafar et al. 2020, the court concludes that
“if someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.”
The court further notes that the cycle threshold used for the PCR tests currently being made in Portugal is unknown.
The threshold cycles used in PCR tests in India is between 37 and 40, which makes the reliability of the PCR test less than 3% and the false positive rate as high as 97%.
This case concerned the fact that four people had been quarantined by the Regional Health Authority. Of these, one had tested positive for COVID using a PCR test; the other three were deemed to have undergone a high risk of exposure. Consequently, the Regional Health Authority decided that all four were infectious and a health hazard, which required that they go into isolation.
The court’s summary of the case to rule against the Regional Health Authority’s appeal reads as follows:
“Given how much scientific doubt exists — as voiced by experts, i.e., those who matter — about the reliability of the PCR tests, given the lack of information concerning the tests’ analytical parameters, and in the absence of a physician’s diagnosis supporting the existence of infection or risk, there is no way this court would ever be able to determine whether C was indeed a carrier of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or whether A, B and D had been at a high risk of exposure to it.”
It is also important to remember PCR was invented as a way to create copies of genetic material. Its was never intended to be a diagnostic tool.
The standard coronavirus tests are throwing up a huge number of positive cases daily. These tests are done based on faulty WHO protocols which are designed to include false positives cases as well.
This fact about false positives of PCR Tests was first noted in public by Dr. Beda M. Stadler, a Swiss biologist, emeritus professor, and former director of the Institute of Immunology at the University of Bern.
So if we do a PCR corona test on an immune person, it is not a virus that is detected, but a small shattered part of the viral genome. The test comes back positive for as long as there are tiny shattered parts of the virus left. Correct: Even if the infectious viruses are long dead, a corona test can come back positive, because the PCR method multiplies even a tiny fraction of the viral genetic material enough [to be detected].
Earlier, the WHO’s testing protocol was even questioned by Finland’s national health authority. WHO had called on countries to test as many patients as possible for coronavirus.
Finland ran out of testing capacity and began limiting coronavirus tests to the most vulnerable groups and healthcare personnel only. Finland’s national health authority said that testing people with mild symptoms would be a waste of healthcare resources.
In a startling disclosure, Finland’s head of health security, Mika Salminen dismissed WHO advisory saying the WHO doesn’t understand pandemics and that their Coronavirus testing protocol is illogical and doesn’t work.
So, if the WHO’s testing protocols are indeed based on the most reliable, accurate and well sourced technologies and research methodologies available worldwide, shouldn’t they have known about its negligible effectiveness and its impact in causing panic and chaos? Indeed the WHO knows it doesn’t work and moreover this is not the first time such criticisms have been voiced.
In the past in 2010, the WHO was caught faking a pandemic and was forced to admit that its methodology of measuring the virality or the spread of the disease, instead of its severity was incorrect.

What she says is that the shot contains various proteins, some found in the human placenta and sperm that can trigger an autoimmune response in the tissues that have those proteins.
So far, 18 subunits of HIV1 have been in the virus' genetic code, causing the body to purposely produce the HIV1 virus. "Could this give you HIV or AIDS? Nobody has the answer to that. Only time will tell; years from now, we'll know. But just know that people who have been tested for HIV after getting these vaccines...in Australia, they have been tested positive. So that is something to be very concerned about.
Also, SARS-CoV-2 (the mathematical model) contains a replica of human chromosome 8, which means that the WHO's PCR test kits should find a positive result in all humans tested. More worryingly, chromosome 8 has to do with human intelligence and fertility. This means it could trigger an autoimmune response against a chromosome that codes for two of our most precious attributes as humans.
Pfizer and Moderna have also inserted an artificial nucleoside in the vaccine's RNA called Pseudouridylyl or "Psi" for short, which is completely not from this world. Dr Madej says, "Nobody knows the ramifications of this...It can act as a computer hacker program. It can act as a one-way in, always to hack into the body...they say they're suppressing our immune checkpoints so they can sneak in the code and our body won't destroy it.

Dr Madej gets into a fascinating discussion of DARPA hydrogels, which contain nanobots and how these have the ability alter human genetics and create transhuman cyborgs. The military has been testing this technology for decades. It allows controllers to see through the soldiers' eyes; they can communicate and program the brain, as well as know and "hear" the thoughts of the soldier as well.
The COVID nasal swabs have been studied as a delivery mechanism to deliver nano sized drugs directly into the brain. Speaking of which, here are some spectacular photos from a recent study of nasal swabs in Slovakia, which were found to deploy hydrogel-releasing hollow nylon fibers. After the DARPA hydrogel contacts organic fluids (eg saliva), the photos reveal that they quickly began to form rectangular crystal structures (apparent nano antennae). These structures were dissolved by COVID antibodies in one test and by Ivermectin in another.
The intended uses for these hydrogel nanobots include monitoring body movement, to mine a cryptocurrency based on human labor. Dear Friends, The war is real, as you know. We are in a worldwide assault on the very heart of humanity. This goes far beyond a fake pandemic. Their desire has been for centuries to overthrow everything, and set up their own eternal kingdom of total dominion over the whole earth. We all have a choice now. Will we sit silent, complain about it, shake our fist to the heavens, and do nothing? Or will we rise up as the true humans of this earth who don’t live for money, but who care for one another?
