Do not forget that Treasurer Scott Morrison MP had a King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) law firm partnership office set up inside the Treasurer’s office. Despite the fact, KWM partners do have a foreign country for their Head Office, which KWM Executive Government appointment occurred without any public tendering process.
The Governor-General is the chair of the Executive Government. Raises the question is the Governor-General also treasonously corrupt? KWM until 2012 was known as Mallesons Stephen Jaques (MSJ). On the 09 October 2006 Treasurer Peter Costello appointed Tony D’Aloisio to head ASIC. At the same even 2006 date of that appointment, D’Aloisio was employed under David Martin Hoare at the ASX. A few weeks later in October 2006 Tony D’Aloisio then got over a $7.5 million in payouts for finishing up early at the Australian Stock Exchange (the “ASX”).
Despite D’Aloisio having already been gifted the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (the “ASIC”) regulators role by the Executive Government, as an officer of the Commonwealth. Before the ASX Tony D’Aloisio was the managing partner of the MSJ law firm partnership. On 09 October 2006, David M Hoare was the Chairman of the ASX. During the Commonwealth’s Telstra one & two alleged share floats David M Hoare was the Chairman of MSJ & of Telstra at the same time with conflicting dual incomes loyalties.
During all three of the Commonwealth of Australia’s Telstra share floats MSJ was the legal advisory firm to the Commonwealth’s agency Telstra, creating further corruptly gross conflicts of interests on the part of MSJ & its partners. Until 1995 Stanley Howard a brother of former Prime Minister John Winston Howard was the Chairman of the MSJ partnership. Before politics, both John Winston Howard & Peter Howard Costello were both Lawyers with the MSJ law firm partnership. On the 09 October 2006, the full Telstra Board’s Company Secretary a Douglas Gration, as officers of the Commonwealth of Australia had Douglas Gration to officially lodged the Commonwealth of Australia’s Telstra(R) alleged prospectus back in 2006 and in 2019 it is still invalidly unsigned off.
Despite it was lodged as a falsely & deceitfully alleged Telstra three share float prospectus since lodged by Douglas Gration writing “as being in accordance with the listing rules, I attach a document for release to the market; he wrote”. Therefore the Executive Government, Douglas Gration & the Telstra full Board, as well as the MSJ partners all collusively unconscionably & illegally, chose to misled & deceive the global stock markets, by falsely asserting the alleged prospectus had been duly signed off & was true & correct. When criminally it was not & is not duly signed off, is not true & is not correct & therefore the share float has not been duly authorised because they each knew they failed to disclose very price sensitive liabilities owing to me and also failed to disclose encumbrances’ placed & recorded under seal over the Commonwealth of Australia held Telstra three shares & concealed that the shares dividends are still assigned to be paid to Ivory since the 4th September 2006.
The Commonwealth of Australia’s 2006 alleged Telstra three share float prospectus is not & was not ever, not valid, not even from when lodged with the ASX & ASIC on 9th October 2006 also as nothing is disclosed therein to the global markets in compliance with the constitutional duties of the Executive Government & Telstra Board. Douglas Gration, however, it must be noted, Gration was during, the Commonwealth of Australia alleged Telstra one and Telstra two share floats, Douglas Gration was then still an MSJ partner who was advising the Telstra Board what to disclose & what not to disclose! They deceptively did market disclosed in 1997 by alleging to be true & correct disclosure published within the Telstra one float public offer prospectus by tactically stating about non-price-sensitive CoT matters only while omitting to disclose this very-price-sensitive CoT Case matter, they published that: “The five unresolved claims total $27.7 million.
In connection with the CoT’s claim, committees of the Senate have made enquires of Telstra’s handling of the CoT’s and related cases. However, that published statement is incorrect and is a materially false statement, in part because there were not just Five (5) CoTs unpaid; because in 1999 to 2003 at least Nine (9) other CoTs were paid out from Commonwealth public funds in restitution. Furthermore was published falsely as no Senate Enquires at all were made into Ivory’s CoT Case matter, despite Telstra’s officers of the Commonwealth & MSJ partners had branded Ivory as a CoT.
Therefore the 1996 Telstra part-privatisation legislation was passed by concealing from the Senate, and by concealing Ivory’s CoT Case matter from the Senate Estimate Committees to get the legislation passed in 1996 by corrupt fraud & deception. The Executive Government approved the Commonwealth of Australia Telstra one & Telstra two share floats public offer prospectus to be disclosed to the market, and both do have duly signed off “Seller’s and Directors’ Authorisation” pages published in them. The 2006 Executive Government approved the Commonwealth of Australia’s Telstra three share float public offer prospectus; however, it does NOT have any duly signed off “Seller’s and Directors’ Authorisation” pages published in it. Rendering that corrupt float invalid! Is any investigations yet being done to establish if a foreign head office law firms partners positioned without any public tender processes being complied with, such as the KWM partners appointments inside the Treasurer’s office & inside Treasury?
In fact KWM partners are thereby actually still shadow directing the Executive Government, Scott Morrison PM & Treasurer Josh Frydenberg, given Josh is also a former MSJ lawyer just like Paul Fletcher MP is Ex MSJ as is Peter Howard Costello, is it not in reality KWM partners shadow directing our elected Executive Government without a foreign head office law firm’s partners ever being elected, are KWM being shadow directed by Peter Howard Costello who as the Chairman of the FUTURE FUND as an officer of the Commonwealth has gross conflicts by also being the Chair of Channel 9 & now also of the Fairfax take over media empire? Peter Howard Costello ought to be AFP investigated & not still being AFP protected.

Clive Palmer is a poor little rich boy compared to the big boys on the world stage such as the house of Rothschilds Banking Cartel and affiliates who he is connected to.
His CIA rants are nothing new and if he was sincerely with the people, then he would be against the banking interests that have financially enslaved this country long ago. The spin off from this would be chronic depression leading to alcoholism and, drug addiction which then leads to a break down in society and a hike in deaths from such addiction etc……the final outcome being the elimination of the “excess population” process we know of today as Eugenics and or population control.
6. To bring about depopulation of large cities according to the trial run carried out by the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia. It is interesting to note that Pol Pot’s genocidal plans were drawn up in the US by one of the Club of Rome’s research foundations, and overseen by Thomas Enders, a high-ranking State Department official. It is also interesting that the committee is currently seeking to reinstate the Pol Pot butchers in Cambodia.
7. To suppress all scientific development except for those deemed beneficial by the Illuminati. Especially targeted is nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Particularly hated are the fusion experiments currently being scorned and ridiculed by the Illuminati and its jackals of the press. Development of the fusion torch would blow the Illuminati’s conception of “limited natural resources” right out of the window. The Committee of 300 (Illuminati) commissioned Cyrus Vance to write a paper on this subject of how to bring about such genocide. The paper was produced under the title “Global 2000 Report” and was accepted and approved for action by former President James Earl Carter, and Edwin Muskie, then Secretary of States, for and on behalf of the US Government. Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the US is to be reduced by 100 milliion by 2050.

Many of these goals, that were first initiated back in 1969, have since been achieved or are well on their way to being achieved. Of special interest in the Committee of 300 program which is the core of their economic policy.

Alan Bond got his talons into Bell Resources and how he collapsed a very successful West Australian company after he took over control from Robert Holmes à Court. I was working in the industry at the time and as far as the eye could see was the name Bell Resources. It became the backbone of the mining industry, especially in Western Australia.
Holmes à Court initially disposed of some Perth properties before accepting a joint takeover by Bond Corporation and the State Government Insurance Commission (SGIC), in which both parties took a 19.9% stake in Bell Group. Holmes a Court retained 6% of Bell Group and received $340 million from the sale. Bond Corp was subsequently forced to bid for other shares in Bell with the result that it ended up with a majority shareholding of 68% of Bell Group. Bond Corp then proceeded to strip $500 million from Bell Resources in an effort to prop up its own debts. The asset stripping included transferring cash from Bell Resources for its own purposes (thus breaching the company code and ultimately sending its chairman Alan Bond to jail). One must also be critical of the State Premier, Brian Burke who shared the same bed as Alan Bond and managed to pull in the government run SGIC in this failed Joint Venture and who in-turn ripped off the Australian tax payers.
His time in jail was a major issue for many people, especially those that lost their investment and the many thousands of people that lost their job in the collapsed Bell Resources – A Major oil, gas and mining transport and logistical supporting company. Many of those victims have since died due to the stress of losing their income, homes and self-respect. That my friends is “Indirect Murder.”

It was Alan and son Craig who tried to build up a successful international business empire in London but little did potential investors understand that it was a case of business as usual as these two continued in their fraudulent ways in an African diamond venture worth in the region of $500 million. However the diamond venture was unable to raise the money to develop the alleged “massive resources” in Lesotho resulting in the company being sold out……………one of the many ways they pump and dump such virtual companies.
The value of the Bond Trust of companies is no hidden fact and when one combines their Cottesloe home in Perth and their Belgravia home in London etc we are looking at a significant amount of money. It is so wrong that these two crooks continue to live the high life when their past investors lost so much money. Some of whom lost everything and never recovered.
The scams they operate are so easy to set up and close down and each time they do so they are adding to the billions of dollars that leave the shores of Australia (and associated tax evasion) which in-turn add to the ever increasing national debt.
The Directors, Politicians and Banks etc never actually lose their money. It is simply siphoned off to their own offshore tax havens and after they close down their fake entities they set up yet another oil, gas or mining venture and do it all over again. It is world leaders and politicians who directly benefit from these fraudster who pump donations into their election trail or their party funds.
They decide who is to be involved in their fake company, find some isolated location to create their virtual company, create a perfect video/PowerPoint presentation with fake statistics and data and then go around the world selling the project to their potential victims (the investors). They tag their investors along for a period of up to 5 years and during this time start to introduce the bad news before closing the company down Then it’s simply a case of starting up another bogus company with slight variations of their own names (as Directors), a different address and different oil, gas or mining location. The more isolated the location the better.
Their operations bases (Boiler Rooms) frequently house many virtual or fake companies and within these boiler rooms there are hired staff with many mobile phones each of which can represent a non-existent oil or mining venture. An investigation into one such boiler room in the Jewish quarter of Golders Green London. That dilapidated building housed over three hundred fake/virtual companies. Sometimes the company is not related to the oil, gas and mining industry as Gordon Bowden and I soon found out.
Take one such address at the above location (788-790 Finchley Road) which housed two British registered companies who were supposed to have contracts with the US Department of Defense to supply Jet A1 fuel for coalition forces in Afghanistan. The contract was open ended and ongoing but the companies were fake companies and although they received millions of dollars for such a contract did not actually deliver any fuel.

One must remember that this massive fraud and corruption starts at the top of government and it is this mechanism that funds the cabal and it is their deceit that make you believe we all have to chip in and fix up the financial rape of our respective countries but its all lies my friends………the leaders and senior members of governments are all in bed with the corporate elite and the bankers and above them is the Crown Templar in London and their superiors in Rome – the Jesuits.
This is not the only way that they accrued their immense wealth……
.they also seized control of most of the world’s gold bullion and the world’s collateral accounts both of which did not belong to them and have accordingly (for decades) continued to rape each and every country of its asset’s and taxes.

What I am republishing below forms part of a massive High Court Case that started off at the Royal Courts of Justice some years ago and to which Gordon Bowden and myself were taken to court for defamation………however the third party involved in this case has since been found guilty of most of the charges which in-turn has allowed us to refile an appeal and a counter claim based on the fact that if the other party was found guilty in a Criminal Case then our Civil Case can no longer be classified as defamation!!
We did in actual fact have our case kicked out on a small technicality just ahead of the above Criminal Case (which was intentional) but that has since been overturned after we re applied to the court………..we both hope that justice will prevail and we put this case to bed once and for all in the not too distant future.
It is obvious that with the current control of the world’s media by Zionist you are not likely to read about this in the paper…….can you imagine the magnitude of this case which involves major international fraud, illegal arms dealings, the purchase and then loss of nuclear weapons by gross neglect, the Mull of Kintyre Chinook helicoper crash whereby the crew and passengers were assassinated and details of the political elite who were all involved in all of the above……can you also imagine that we all went to war and remain at war because of the contents in this court case?…….now you know why it will never hit the press headlines or become a scoop!!

(Natural News) The first batch of documents uncovered via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request show that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) knew as far back as January that Pfizer’s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” were killing people by the thousands, but proceeded to authorize them for emergency use anyway. Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) filed for and released the documents after the corrupt FDA demanded that it not have to procure the “safety” and “efficacy” data for Pfizer’s Chinese Virus injections until the year 2076. It is revealed in this first document dump that as early as February 2021, the FDA had already received word that 1,223 people had died from Pfizer’s covid shots. “Cumulatively, through 28 February 2021, there was a total of 42,086 case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 events,” the documents explain. “Most cases (34,762) were received from United States (13,739), United Kingdom (13,404) Italy (2,578), Germany (1913), France (1506), Portugal (866) and Spain (756); the remaining 7,324 were distributed among 56 other countries.” People aged 31-50 fare the worst after getting injected with Pfizer Women appear to suffer far more damage from the shots compared to men, according to the data, as do both men and women between the ages of 31 and 50.
