As most of you know, the World Health Assembly has spent the past 7 days considering Biden’s 13 controversial amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Official delegates from wealthy developed nations like Australia led by our Federal Chief Health Officer, UK and the US, spoke in strong support of the amendments and urged other states to join them in signing away their countries’ sovereignty.
The first sign, however, that things might not be going the globalists’ way, came on Wednesday, the 25th of May, which just happened to also be Africa Day.
Botswana read a statement on behalf of its 47 AFRO members, saying they would be collectively withholding their support for the ‘reforms’, which many African members were very concerned about.
Multiple other countries also said they had reservations over the changes and would not be supporting them either.
These included Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran and Malaysia.
Brazil in particular said it would exit WHO altogether, rather than allow its population to be made subject to the new amendments.
In the end, the WHO and its wealthy nation supporters, were forced to back down.
They have not given up though – far from it.
Instead, they did what they always do and ‘pivoted’.
At their request, a new working group was convened to make “technical recommendations on the proposed amendments” which will re-submitted along with the Pandemic Treaty, at the 77th Health Assembly meeting in 2024.
There has also been lots of pushback from Republicans in the US, with a number of them introducing new bills giving the US Congress/Senate powers to override any WHO mandates or directives issued as part of any International agreements.
One, called the ‘No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act’, has 15 co-sponsors and was introduced to the Senate on Thursday by Republican Senator Ron Johnson, who said “The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable”.
Here in Australia, we need to keep the pressure up on our own parliaments, both Federal AND State, up the ante and don’t ever look sideways.
Just brace for the digital ID now, as the Federal Parliament reboots, we need to push back at all cost on that from this week moving forwards.

ROYAL COMMISSION NEEDED ON AUSTRALIA’S SECRETIVE AND UNACCOUNTABLE TREATY-SIGNING PROCESS
The attached IHR amendment would have given away Australia’s sovereign decision-making powers for declaring and managing ‘Public Health Emergencies” to a foreign entity, the World Health Organization.
It still might, given we have only been granted a reprieve, NOT a pardon, from these appalling amendments.
Once we have all breathed a collective sigh of relief, however, important questions need to be asked to ensure this never happens again.
How exactly did it happen that not a single member of Government OR Parliament, thought to notify the Australian People that such a dangerous and treacherous step was being considered by Canberra?
At no point, as far as I am aware, did anyone in authority, alert the Australian public of the existence of these Biden amendments or their implications for our national sovereignty.
The only reason the public here became aware of the Amendments was when an independent US researcher came across them by chance in April and posted them online.
Without that, the Australian people would have had no idea their Government intended on signing away their sovereignty, without any recourse to the ‘Will of the People’.
Australia has one of the most secretive and unaccountable treaty-signing systems in the world.
It’s practice of tabling treaties in batches in Parliament, AFTER they have already been signed, is a joke.
In 1996, the British Minister for Overseas Development, compared the Australian practice to the 'Ponsonby rule', which requires treaties in the UK to be tabled at least 21 sitting days prior to signing.
She told Parliament: “Your lordships would be right and, indeed, would have every reason to complain had we followed such a practice of tabling treaties in bulk. We have not done that. If our Australian friends had used something like the Ponsonby Rule on treaties effectively one by one, THEY WOULD NOT BE IN THE SITUATION IN WHICH THEY NOW FIND THEMSELVES. We are very different from the Australian Government in this. We are committed to a policy of open government.”
Australia’s practice of treaty signing has eroded our sovereignty and democracy, in ways most of us are still not fully aware of.
It is also why there is so much confusion amongst Australians as to why so many impenetrable laws are being rammed through our State and Federal Parliaments, without being either asked for or needed by the Australian people.
That’s why we need a full Royal Commission into Australia’s Treaty signing process, to get to the bottom of all this.

We should therefore be reminded of the words expressed by American abolitionist Wendell Phillips on Jan. 28, 1852: “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty; power is ever stealing from the many to the few.”

What is the Lima Declaration
A call for change was made in March 1975 when the Second General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), meeting in Lima, issued a Declaration and World Plan of Action.
The Lima Declaration and Plan of Action calls for the redistribution of world industry so that developing countries would have 25% of it by the year 2000. To achieve this, radical changes in traditional concepts and practices are recommended. Economic growth in poorer countries could no longer be seen as the "trickle down" benefit of growth in rich countries. To close the gap between richa nd poor nations the developing countries would have to grow faster than the developed countries. With this end in mind, the Lima Declaration sets out the "main principles of industrialisation" and defines the "means by which the international community as a whole might take broad action to establish a New International Economic Order".
The Declaration envisages a process of "continuous consultations" in redeploying world industry and bringing about a new didvision of labour internationally. To facilitate this, it was recommended that UNIDO become a specialised agency of the United Nations, with a new Industrial Development Fund, and undertake the central co-ordinating role in changing the world industrial map.
The Lima Declaration calls upon the developed countries to eliminate barriers to trade with developing countries and encourage their manufactured exports. They are asked to "restructure" their industries in order to deploy production capacity to developing countries and to expand technical assistance programmes. They are also asked to co-operate in ensuring that the activities of transnational corporations conform to the economic and social aims of developing countries in which they operate. They are further asked to avoid discriminatory and aggressive acts against States which exercise sovereign rights over their own natural resources. All these recommendations are, in differing degrees, matters of controversy. But encouragingly, there is no question of the general direction of change recommended - that of industrialising the poorer countries.

- Yet we allow our leaders to do this to us.
- They have knowingly and repeatedly violated the highest laws of the land.
- Canadians have been lulled into believing that the same government who suppresses your freedoms in the name of safety, will one day just reward you back with your freedoms "if you just comply to ever-changing rules in health orders"
- That folks, is the very definition of TYRANNY. Not democracy, humans are inherently free.
- Kings and queens and government cronies can't give you your human rights.
- They are naturally yours.
- They can't be given. They can't be taken. They can only be suppressed.
- They have knowingly betrayed you and me under the LIE of safety.
- On remembrance day I overheard Premier Higgs & MP Jenica Atwin tell members of the public how special it was that these brave members of the military gave their lives for their freedom. That same freedom that these very liars and deceivers are actively working right now to suppress.
- I stood there - a soldier of nearly 21 years - as a senior officer in the Canadian Army - as a veteran of Afghanistan, participating in Op Medusa, the largest combat operation for Canada since the Korean War, where I watched my own brave comrades fight and get injured and die.
- But I also stood there as a person who hasn't taken the COVID-19 injection.
- The irony.
- So even though I served this country - and it has been an honor to do so - like many thousands of Canadians who choose body autonomy and pro choice, I am unable to share in the same privileges now, like eating at a restaurant, going out in public to an event, or even travelling across provinces to see my child. This is happening to many others.
- These government traitors to freedom are suppressing the rights to the very people they claim to honor, and it made me sick to my stomach.
- I am calling on my military and comrades. All of you. All of us who have sworn a personal oath to protect our family, our friends, and our communities to now stand up and protect your loved ones against this government forced medical tyranny.
- You chose to sever because you wanted to give back to your community, and instead the government has turned your love for community and your loyalty against you.
- And you are now a weapon against the very people you love.
- Brothers and sisters, you can't be for ever changing indiscriminate government measures which use fear and violence and also be for your loved ones or freedom.
- You have to choose.
- I am asking you to choose your family and your community.
- This is why you serve.
- And this is YOUR moment to be a hero for your loved ones.
- They deserve the truth. They deserve to be protected.
- I am also calling on all Canadians to join in solidarity together.
