LEAKED: Crown Law Advice to Police
Government and Police Acted Illegally.
On Monday we published emails leaked to us that showed that the Police had sought and obtained a Crown Law legal opinion on precisely what they could and could not do under the Governments pandemic lockdown edicts.
The emails showed that Police believed, on the advice from Crown Law that there was very little they could do, other than ask people nicely to comply with the edicts.
We have now been leaked the Crown Law advice that Attorney General David Parker, Police Commissioner Andy Coster and former Police Commissioner Mike Bush all refused to release to the public, nor to the Epidemic Response Committee chaired by Simon Bridges.
That advice shows that definitely for the first nine days of the lockdown, the Police and the Government acted ultra vires, acting or done beyond one’s legal power or authority.

THE COVERT ACTION The covert action (COVID = covert) is the financial devastation & destruction of individuals, bank accounts and the devaluation of properties to a point that all mortgages cannot be serviced, caused by halting jobs (wipe-out), no work and as a result, mortgages are forced under water and foreclosed on.

MISPRISION OF TREASON Our present Premier Daniel Andrews is protecting his former Labor deputy leader Rob Hulls by concealing his actions and his charge and summons sheet filed for hearing in the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2006 by Brian Shaw. In Victoria the criminal offence of Treason has moved beyond reasonable doubt as doubt is eliminated by the enactment of the Treason itself by the overt act:- Courts and Tribunals (Further Amendment) Act 2000, assented to by Governor James Gobbo on 5th September 2000, No. 51 of 2000. GOVERNOR JAMES GOBBO This treasonable legislation, the Hulls Bill, was passed by the Parliament of Victoria into Law and given assent by Governor James Gobbo, uncle of Lawyer X fame and criminal lawyer Catherine Gobbo.
DANIEL ANDREWS CO-CONSPIRATOR WITH ROB HULLS Daniel Andrews continues to participate as a co-conspirator today in the commissioning of the serious criminal offence of Treason by Hulls and the Victorian Parliament inclusive of all staff of parliamentarians and hands-on administrators and others. 3 of 8 Daniel Andrews, in his attempts to conceal treason, commissions the equally serious criminal offence of Misprision of Treason. TRESPASS ON OUR RIGHTS BY TREASON Justice for all Australians led by Brian Shaw is to have the charges of trespass on our rights by Treason against Rob Hulls and co-conspirator Daniel Andrews to be heard in a properly convened court and justice served.
THE PROOF THAT EXPOSES Daniel Andrews COMMISSIONING THE INDICTABLE CRIMINAL OFFENCES OF Misprision of Treason In the Statement in the Matter of Darrell Lea (Vic) Pty Ltd v Union Assurance Society of Australia 1969 VR 401 at 410 still valid in Law today:- “That error at most deprive the plaintiff not of any right or entitlement as of right, but of an opportunity or chance to obtain an order for trial by Jury.” Treason and Misprision of Treason are exclusive to Grand Jury only COMMON LAW JURY PRINCIPLES Grand Jury and/or Jury trial to be convened on codified Scriptural Law principles.
SPIRITUAL & SCRIPTURAL LAW PRINCIPLES It is error of pious aspiration that an officer of Parliament or a judiciary consider they are above Divine Law and Almighty God, for Divine Law is the basis of our Common Law. In so doing, it is now revealed to us the true spiritual origins of Grand Jury, found in the word of Almighty God through scripture in Matthew Chapter 18, that no man can deny, except to his own detriment or any nation at it’s own demise.

Both Daniel Andrews and Rob Hulls refuse to listen or repent, but instead falsely hope for the protection of the Victorian judicial system. It is now up to, and the duty of those who elected them (we, the electors) to make a stand and bring those who are alleged to be traitors to justice. The Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 is a statute passed by the Parliament of Victoria. The Act makes behaviour that incites or encourages hatred, serious contempt, revulsion or severe ridicule against another person or group of people because of their race and/or religion unlawful in Victoria. Blasphemy is a serious incitement of hatred, to blaspheme is to ridicule and religiously offend a Christian by insulting their Creator and Saviour Almighty God is to commission an unlawful criminal offence under this act in Victoria. To vote to abolish blasphemy is equally unlawful. IN SHARIA LAW Blasphemy is not to be abolished from this law. Blasphemy is punishable by death penalty, 500 lashes, or both or other.
